About

Brand new and totally functional products from La Industria Handmade which we consider are not 100% perfect in terms of stitching or design. Some are slightly smaller; others may have a small defect in the fabric or the elastic for the closure may be a little crooked. Others simply are out of season models.

You can contact us with the model you would like to buy and we will send you pictures explaining why we have catalogued the units as "outlet" before you decide.

Materials

We use high quality materials from EU providers and all our products are handmade imbuing them with the love and care that can only be transmitted through this method. 

Shipping

All orders are processed the same day and shipped within 48 hours via Correos (spanish postal company) which are then transferred to and delivered by your own country's postal system (ie. Deutsche Post, USPS, Royal Mail, La Poste, Poste Italiane, etc.).
Once an order ships a confirmation e-mail will be sent containing a tracking number and link for the tracking history.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Customs fees

International (Non-EU) customers may be subject to fees by their own government for importing goods.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please contact your post office or government for information on customs fees and any import duties before buying.
Any returned item not collected from Customs (refusal to pay import charges) a refund will be issued minus original shipping cost once it is returned.

Refunds

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items should be ship back to us within 30 days of delivery.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Face Masks (for health/hygiene reasons)
